DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!! My close friend left her son here and he broke his arm jumping around. They did not even ATTEMPT to get an ambulance for him or any type of medical care. His arm was broken like the letter Z im not exaggerating. This place needs to be shut down and can be expecting a law suit soon.
I would love to have a great review about this facility however I haven’t had one. Communication skills are poor as well as professionalism from start to end. During my tour I was told a different price than what I actually am currently paying. However they are the only facility that buses to a prek program offered through Reynoldsburg schools. She has been enrolled for about 3 weeks and not once but twice they have forgotten to transport my child to pre k. They later informed me that due to hour changes at her pre k program they would not be able to accommodate transport….but guess when I was informed…the first day of transport after they had been given a week and half notice. The same week my daughter was pushed by another child and had a knot on her forehead, when asked what kind of medical treatment was given I was told “we can give her a ice pack” my question was why wasn’t this already done. Next my child has been out sick for an entire week and I am still expected to pay full tuition regardless of her absence due to a sickness I couldn’t prepare for or prevent. Considering my experience thus far you would think some sort of grace would be given however it has not. They set expectation to return calls and give updates that never happen unless you continue to call. They utilize a tadpole app to communicate nap times, meals and activities that is almost never filled out or completed. I have to ask my child what she ate everyday. Moral of the story save yourself the headache and enroll your child some place else. Staff never seem enthusiastic or happy to be there and my daughter dreads going at 4 years old. As a parent I have to listen to my child and place her someplace that she feels happy and safe.
It’s the worst team ever , they never followed up , it’s been 3 weeks since I enrolled my child and was told that someone will folio up with me …no respect , no communication, no commitment, no value imagine they treat a future clients this way imagine way they will will treat your child
I wasn’t going to make this review…but I worked there for a month and it was honestly the worst. I tried to transfer maybe twice to two different locations and the manager who ran Reynoldsburg and two others told me no both times. So after I got another job, she wanted me to put in a 4 week notice, but I decided to quit altogether and put in an immediate resignation.
I don't have any children at Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg, but their little white bus frequently speeds through our neighborhood as they are cutting through to get to Licking Heights West Elementary. There is no reason for them to cut through this residential neighborhood to get to the school, but pure laziness and looking for the easy way out.
