My 4 yr. Old started attending Kiddie Academy a year ago and it was the best decision I made. My son had been home with me since he was born and had never been in a daycare so I was very apprehensive about him starting daycare. The staff , the teachers eased all my worries. The teachers genuinely care about the children and my son looks forward to going to school which made me feel so comfortable. The director Brandy, is amazing! She not only cares deeply about the kids but she cares about the parents. It’s rare to find directors that care about the staff, kids and parents. They truly have been a gem in me and my son’s life. Definitely highly recommend.
My husband and I completed two tours - an in-person and a virtual. During the in-person tour, everything seemed to had went well. We spoke with the Assistant Director Ms. Chrissy and asked our questions. What seems off is that after I as the mother asked about the clause in their application called "Release of Liability " paragraph - things seemed to be weird. Not on Ms. Chrissy part but after she directed the Director to reach out to.us to further discuss. The director never contacted us, instead we received a form explaining the mandated reporting procedures. For someone like me who is an actual mandated reporter because of the field I work in, it was an insult and shady. Let me educate the parents - no one should ever sign an application with a "Release of Liability " clause. This releases the school from the Liability/Accountability if anything were to happen to your child and that includes death. All parents should want to know what is the school's policies on protecting the children while under their care, especially if they are there for 4-8 hours. I have emailed and called and haven't received a response since I asked for their policy regarding their accountability and responsibilities while my child is in their care. There should also be an option for a parent to decline or accept that clause in the application. To completely ghost a family.that is in need of educational components and overall answers for their child's safety is extremely unprofessional and shady. PARENTS, PLEASE READ EVERY PARAGRAPH BEFORE YOU SIGN SOMETHING ESPECIALLY SOMETHING REGARDING YOUR CHILD'S CARE!!!!!! Kiddie Academy this demonstrates the opposite of what was told to me which was - "we believe in transparency".
Kiddie Academy is amazing hands down. From Ms. Brandy, Ms. Addy, Ms. Samantha, Ms Kiesha, ect are the real MVP's. My oldest attended Kiddie Academy for 3 years and my youngest currently attends. I credit Kiddie Academy staff with my kids development and social skills. They deserve more than six figures because of there hard work. If the current staff started to leave for career opportunities or other reasons, I'd withdraw my youngest. As long as they are there Kiddie Academy will have my business. Although I strongly disagree with the price hikes, the staff makes it worth it. Hopefully they're getting a percentage. Also how about using some of those funds to upgrade those outdated playgrounds
My daughter has been attending Kiddie Academy for 2 years and the staff has been amazing! Kiddie Academy has truly been a God sent..their team has worked hard in preparing my daughter for preschool! Thanks to Kiddie Academy…Pre-K here we come! ❤️
My daughter has been attending Kiddie Academy now for over 3 months and I can honestly say that she’s grown so much since day one. My daughter is receiving speech therapy monthly, and I was worried about her communication skills. Since starting, she been talking, and socializing more with her peers and at home as well. Her teachers are well experienced, and understanding for all of her needs. I am so happy that I chose this school, and I am excited to see her progress moving forward as she continues the program. She’s grown in so many ways and she happy everyday after school . Thank you Kiddie Academy, truly.
