Kiddie Academy of Lake Nona

We are grateful to have found this daycare. Jennifer the Director is AMAZING. She was very welcoming of our 2 year old and worked with us to find him a spot. Jennifer runs a robust hiring process and I can attest she hires very talented teachers. She is transparent and always willing to help. I can’t say enough about the teachers. They are caring, patient and professional. Our little one feels happy with them and we the parents feel at ease knowing our son is in the best hands. Highly recommended

Great school! The teachers are amazing and the director is extremely professional. My daughter is very happy here. The cameras are also nice to be able to see your kiddo throughout the day! Highly recommend!

They're deleting the negative reviews and it gives an inaccurate perception of the school. This is my third time writing this review because it keeps getting deleted but I will continue to repost to help other parents. They broke their policy so were forced to give me a refund after I contacted corporate offices. My boyfriend overheard the staff member Mackenzie call my 2 year old son "crazy." That was extremely hurtful since I pay so much a week for the safety and well-being of my son. The same staff member had the cops escort her out of the building because she felt "unsafe" around my boyfriend. It was clearly a race issue from the start and even one of the cops said the staff member was out of line. The director also had the audacity to recommend a school for children with disabilities for my very competent and developmentally advanced toddler. This school is very nice on the outside and portrayed a false image during the tour. The staff is brand new, incompetent and discriminating. It is disgusting to overhear how someone who is supposed to care for my child is calling him offensive names to other adults. Before you sign up for this overpriced school that under delivers, check out Amazing Explorers Academy. It is cheaper and the staff is amazing! My son is now thriving here!! Pay attention to the other reviews of parents stating the exact same thing.

I had a problem with the previous daycare my children went to and was scared I wasn’t going to find a good school to enroll my kids into. When I first met the staff of Kiddie Academy I honestly felt so comfortable and relieved that I found a school that I trusted with my kids ! The staff are amazing and made me and my kids feel like family instantly. On top of that, the school is beautiful and updated and in a great location. It’s a relief for me to know my kids are well cared for while I’m away at work. 10/10!
