Kiddie Academy of Hilliard

The staff is amazing!! My son is 1 and as soon as we walk through the doors he reaches out for the director or his teacher. That shows me that he is comfortable with them which in turn makes me feel comfortable with them.

I would not send my kid here if it were free. I walked in to get info in reguard of possibly sending my child here. I stood there for 10 mins and multiple people walked past me and didn’t say a word. They started peeking around the corner looking at me. Very unprofessional when they did decide to speak to me. I don’t know what they were doing but something is not right on there. Felt very uncomfortable to say the least.

Kiddie Academy Hilliard has provided my daughter the essential education and experience needed to help prepare her for kindergarten. Her teacher Ms. Joy, as well as all the staff, have exceeded our expectations and provided a more structured experience for our daughter and us as a family than what we experienced at or daughter's previous daycare. I would not recommend this facility for child care. There were wrong costs that were not refunded/applied at end of care with policies followed. Poor communication with directors and them not knowing policies and rules, or even following back up with questions, went through 2-3 directors within a 10 month period of my child being there. Complications with meals there and portions not being enough for children. High turn over rate for all staff; my childs class had new teachers twice. When my child attended there was an altercation between staff members also. I hate to write a bad review, but I would save the hassle, money and go elsewhere.

Nobody's perfect. This place has its flaws, but so do I. I understand everyone wants perfection for their child. You will never find it. This place overall was great. It started off great. Had some struggles, but finished great. The teachers here had a huge positive impact on my child's life. She learned more here in Pre-K than I remember learning in kindergarten. Thank you Mrs. Emmalyz, Mrs. Joy and Mr. Mikey Aria loves you all and misses you very much.
