Kiddie Academy has been fantastic for my 3 year old daughter! She is in Ms. Tiffany & Ms. Brittany’s class & she absolutely loves it! All of the staff are very nice!! She looks forward to going to “school” everyday and has so much learning and playing. Her social skills have developed since we started her at this daycare 3 months months ago and kiddie Academy gets all the credit! She has learned so much and even tells me everything she learns everyday on the way home!
I love that you can stay connected to the school and what’s going on through the tadpole app & the watch me grow app! The teachers also take the time at pick up/drop off to talk to you and check in. They truly provide personalized care for your child!
I couldn’t be happier with the quality of education our daughter receives there and I would recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone looking for an affordable, compassionate, and nurturing place for their kids to grow and learn.
My 15 month old is enrolled with Kiddie Academy .We love Ms. Rose . He is received everyday with a warm smile . Ms Rose and her team take great care of the kids .The admin staffs are friendly as well and assist with all our queries .The infant section is short staffed sometimes, but we definitely love the toddlers class !
What a worst day care
1. It was really difficult enrolling my kid, no proper communication was made regarding the enrollment forms and on the day of joining they were expecting us to get the enrollment forms, without they sending us. They didn’t even informed the basic rules.
2. Finally after some talks, they have admitted my two and a half year old son and he just went for 2 days. The teacher complained that my son has bitten her and a little chunk of skin has come out , however no proof was shown to us.
My son was at home since 2 and a half years he is a covid baby , how can they expect a kid to behave well in the initial days, they should at least give him a chance. He was never that aggressive at home. Running a day care they should understand kids miss the home in the initial days and they cannot expect him to behave wisely from the start. As my son had all kinds of attention at home he just expected the teacher to hold him and give attention.
It is really disappointing, they took all our money ( registration fees of 150$ and 295$ of one week fee), they just returned us the security deposit. I don’t recommend this day care at all… worst staff ever … 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
We went into the experience on a high note with a great tour with a woman assisting part time at the front. She was detailed on tour and responsive post tour to all questions needing answering. The issues started once we enrolled. An immediate change of staff in the classroom, inconsistentcy with daily lessons actually being taught versus whts emailed, a behavioral issue in the classroom of hitting that was never addressed or documented with any of the required incident reports even after being asking. I hoped for a better expeirence but felt that when any issues were brought to the front they were ignored and/or brushed to the sode. With a owner onsite that never engages there definately needs to be a shift in admin training, owner training, and teacher training ao that lessons are followed.
