They DON'T CARE for the kids at all. Very ignorant and abusive. When we drop our kid in morning, there is a room full of 25 kids from age 6 months to 3 years old, and only 1-2 teachers ! we complained about this a lot but no improvement. The teacher assigned to the classroom come around 9:30 am (after breakfast) so from 6:30 to 9:30 am, your toddler kid is in same classroom as the infants are, ratio is way more than 10 kids per teacher. God forbid if they have dirty diaper, it doesn't get checked until 9:30am. And same happens in afternoon. One time my kid did potty on our way to daycare, I told Ms Caroll about it, she told me to go and clearn her in bathroom because they were overwhelmed with amount of kids they need to handle in morning. I discussed this with manager Michelle- she gave me cold shoulder. Also when we go pick up the kid, I see only 1-2 teachers in the room full of intants+toddlers. I am sure this is not allowed by state. The teachers specially Ms Carol never make eyes contact with parents, never greets/welcomes the kids! she totally ignores you when you go drop/pick up your child. And if you have anything to talk/discuss- she will only tell you to talk to manager and not discuss anything with her. But she is the one in room taking care of these kids! why she can't talk to the parents? We had this torture for few weeks, and then we stopped. we were literally paying them to abuse our kid.

This is not a daycare this is a business. All they care about is money. At first they make you feel like they’re are there for your kids and family. They say everyone is like family but the minute you are going through something or struggling they turn their back on you. Not a family oriented facility at all. Instead of working with you they work against you. They allowed someone who wasn’t authorized to unenroll my child, gave me on notice. Told me the day I went to drop my child off she was no longer welcomed there.Didn’t give me or my child anytime to get into another daycare. Also shared personal information about me and my child to someone who wasn’t on an emergency contact or on any registration form. Didn’t even ask to find out if it was okay to share this information. All in all they’re rude and don’t care about families who are struggling but act like it just to get their money. 10/10 would not recommend enrolling your child here.

The teachers are unprofessional and lack compassion and basic respect. Please send your child to a facility where they will be well taken care of and loved

My children are very happy and me too. They have very good activities for any age.

My daughter has attended this school for over a year. The growth and development that she has made is great. From the very beginning my daughter and I were welcomed with open arms into the facility. The teachers are friendly and make sure to let me know how my child is doing. I like getting pictures during the day through the Tadpoles app as to what my daughter is doing and learning. It is comforting as a parent to know I am leaving my child with teachers that care about her and helping her to learn. She continues to grow and impress me everyday and I can not thank the school enough for providing her with the care and education that she needs and deserves.
