Kid Academy

Kid Academy is hands down the best pre-school on the MS Gulf Coast. It is clean, organized, engaging and and you get the kind of communication you’d hope for when entrusting your child into the care of another. Matt’s customer service is unmatched and and Ms. Hope’s curriculum is challenging and appropriate. Our son blossomed at Kid Academy and loved going to his “big red school.”

Kid Academy is by far the BEST child development/daycare on the Coast!! I have two bys that attend Kid Academy (one in Pre-K5 and one in the infant room). The teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to prepare my oldest boy to be ahead of the game when he starts kindergarten (Ms Gale you are awesome and Cameron is sad that he won't be in your class next year)!! I am sad that he will be moving to elementary school but happy to say he will still be attending Kid Academy after school and during the summer months. Just like every mother, I was nervous about sending my newborn off to daycare when it was time for me to return to work. The teachers in the infant room have taken excellent care of my little man and always give us a detailed report at the end of the day when we pick up. They have made my transition back to work very smooth. They ensure each infant get special attention and ensure that your child gets tummy/floor time to help with their development. My son just turned 8 months old and is crawling already! Mr. Matt and Mrs. Holly are wonderful and are quick to address and issues/concerns that you may have. I cannot wait for the new state of the art kid Academy to open in July! I recommend Kid Academy to any parent hat wants more than just a daycare for their child, they are wonderful!

I absolutely love Kid Academy, I feel 100% safe with my children in their care. I have two boys currently enrolled there, the Kid Academy staff is fantastic and everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure they enjoy the time spent there while also providing them with an outstanding curriculum which gives them a sense of accomplishment and confidence entering into kindergarten. I could not even begin to give enough glowing accolades to Matt Dickens (owner) and Holly Ford (director) for everything they do, they are truly a gift and are so deeply appreciated. Ms. Kiwana, the teacher for the 4-year-old class, has always been outstanding with my little guys even on the mornings they were grumpy and wanted nothing more than to spend the day with mommy, she's simply wonderful and her patience amazes me. As a divorced, working mother of three boys it is an immeasurable comfort knowing that, while I am unable to be with my little guys, they are in the best care possible.

My daughter has been going to Kid Academy since she was 7 months old and she LOVES it! Ever since she started there, she has just blossomed! She has learned so much and I have watched her personality and vocabulary develop week by week! She is now 20 months old and she loves going to "school" every day! She claps each day when we pull into the parking lot! Each of her teachers have been so great ... very patient, very loving and very attentive! I am a first time mother and I was nervous about daycare, especially since my daughter's first experience with daycare was not a good one. But Holly and Matt put all my worries to rest within the first few days! I could not be happier with Kid Academy!!!

We highly recommend Kid Academy. A first rate, clean learning environment where nothing is spared. Making a decision to entrust your little loved one in the care of someone else is always very difficult. After researching several other facilities, we knew we made the right decision with Kid Academy. Money is continuously reinvested into the facility whether it's new equipment, expansion of the school, "Game show" nights, or the annual play/production, which is a real treat. They also offer after school care and a summer program as well. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the friendly, caring, professional staff, especially "the sticker man". :-) Our little Mia was easily prepared for kindergarten when the time came. We are thankful for our experience with the Kid Academy family, and we would definitely do it all over again.
