Kapahulu Shopping Center

This us my go to safeway, always got choke deal, and nothing beats safeway on aloha 5 dolla Friday. The only reason I have to break it down to a four star is because the parking is very limited makes for quick shopping stops to not be quick.

It's called a shopping center but really there are few stores and all of them are in the shadow of one giant Safeway which is a terrific Safeway. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I drive with a handicap license plate because I'm handicapped and I need to have accessible parking slots so it won't be that long a walk to the door from where I parked the car and this place has inadequate parking places reserved for the handicap. There are four but it's a huge store in the middle of a shopping center and four is wrong. I have complained to the local organization and they are investigating this cuz that's what this company that I have contacted does. They have sent somebody out to see what's going on there and they will report back to me they're finding sometime soon I would hope.

The food was delicious and they have vegan options. I call this place my Chipotle.

Stopped in to shop away from Hilton Village. Great place to pick up groceries and even gifts 🎁 for friends and family. No too crowded, very easy to navigate to when driving. Friendly staff, visitors and residents alike. Had a great time. I had to remind my wife that we were not close to home. The basket was filling up. Smile. We're on vacation.
