Appointment was at 5 she stayed talking on the phone, we were there about 10 mins off. No one else there continues talking till about 10 mins after. I could retell most of her conversation if anyone is interested. She completely hacked my daughters hair. Very unprofessional, said she would recut it. And never apologized. It’s so hacked, she is mortified.

I got my hair cut here.. and I needed my hair straighten because I have super curly hair ! It would of looked terrible if I just left it. It was my first time there ever and I was referred by someone to come here… the price was outrageous! 60 $ !!!!!!!!! For a simple cut and straighten!!! I wasn’t told that it was 20$ to have my hair straighten until it was time to pay! ULTA never even charges me this much I could have gotten my nails done for 20$ ! This is ridiculous I’m sooooo upset !!! I will never come back !!!

Today I had my hair cut and layered by Anita and she did a great job! I luv how my hair turned out! She was nice to talk with also, so overall I'm so glad I went there! Plus they got me rate in without waithing and it's a Tuesday so a hair cut is only $14!

I reached out to Chelsea in Joli Hairstudio 1 week before my micro wedding in Pittsfield, Vt. Most of the places around were booked out, and it was hard to find someone to agree to an appointment on short notice. But Chelsea was incredibly accommodating and courageous. I sent her a few updos I wanted over chat, and she said we could work with the pictures of samples and my hair for an up-to. I have near waist-length hair, and she did a fantastic job in making it happen. She understood my hair texture and was very gentle with the hair pins.

The woman who did my hair barely talked to me, kept looking at the front of the store, and was being speedy with my overall haircut. She only washed the top of my hair, missing the lower section too. After showing her 4 pictures of the length and style I want, she immediately when in and cut the back of my hair WAY too short. She gave me a terrible bob with the front of my hair remaining the length I originally had. After asking her to make my hair more even and not a bob, she proceeded to make my hair shorter and short cutting off, I’d say around 4-5 inches of my hair total. Also, when I asked for layers, she gave me the choppiest, awful layers, making it clear that there are levels in my hair now. To make matters worse, I payed $23 dollars for this. When I got home I tried to style my hair and make it look okay, but there’s nothing that can be done. This place has unqualified and below average staff that somehow are able to butcher even the simplest requests. NEVER come here. (The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the woman was able to accept walk-in appointments).
