However...
After arriving home I thought I would give everything under the hood a quick inspection as a cover dad to be removed to access the oil filter.
Rechecking fluid levels as I always do after an oil change service I found my transmission fluid was a quart low. There were three young men working under the hood and yet it seems that fluid was not checked. I make that assumption based on the fact it was never mentioned to me.
Remember people it is a good idea to re-check your fluids after an oil change service...
First time going to Jiffy on Cox Creek & they made me feel so welcome. I had a guy who just became a manager there who helped me (not sure of his name) but he showed me everything on the tablet, explained what needed to be done & then gave me a discount for my oil change. Great place, amazing staff & fast workers!
Kevin and the guys take care of me like I’m their sister. I’ve been taken advantage of so many times by mechanics but not these guys! They take good care of you and your cars. We don’t go anywhere else!
Let me start off by saying the customer service is AMAZING here! I went to a jiffy lube and was told my oil pan was leaking. So I took it to my dealership to get fixed. The dealership told me that the people that had changed my oil the week before stripped the plug and now I was having to pay to fix it. I called this jiffy lube with my complaint and Tyler was amazing! He let me know up front he was new to the position of assistant manager and he wanted to do everything correctly. He took my number and said he would call back once he talked to his GM and District manager. He called back quickly and said that they were both busy could they call me in the morning. I said sure because it was close to their closing time. He gave me his personal number and texted me around 7am the next day to call them when I was free. I did and spoke to the GM Kevin. Kevin was great and listened to my frustration and for 45 minutes we talked. He tried to find my ticket and couldn’t, we talked about my appointment, he told me how he was sure that his people didn’t do it and even invited me back so they could show me how they do things. After 45 minutes we realized I had called the wrong store! I ranted to this man who I had never even been to his store for 45 minutes! He was right! His people didn’t do anything to mess up my car. Before we figured this out he offered to refund my whole ticket. Once he found out I had called the wrong store he could have just sent me on my way but he didn’t. He went above and beyond. He left me a $150 gift card for my troubles and to try and make my experience right ever though it wasn’t his store that messed up my car! Who does that!!?? These guys are the real deal! Their customer service was amazing! They made something right that wasn’t even their fault. We need more people like then. Before we talked I was never going to go back to a jiffy lube ever again! Now I’ll be back every time. Go see Kevin, Tyler and their crew for amazing customer service. I truly appreciate y’all!
Horrible place! Won't let you stay in the car while getting an oil change. When you tell the workers " I just want an oil change" then bring my air filter my oil cap into the lobby with 5 other customers and tell me how bad my car is! Sorry sorry workers. Definitely will never be back to this establishment.
