Professional, experienced and personable! I don’t think we could have gotten a better realtor than Jackie Campbell! We moved in from out of state and her support was amazing. She was able to understand our needs and desires and quickly find properties that checked the boxes for us! Her wisdom and guidance from negotiation to closing were excellent. She was always available and responsive. Her connections with lenders, appraisers, inspectors were so valuable and helpful to us. Best Agent We Could Have Asked For! From the outset, Jackie was the BEST buyers’ agent we could ask for! We were relocating from out of state to Peachtree City, and she hit the ground running finding great listings. From our first get-to-know -you phone call assessing our wants and needs, we knew she was the agent for us. Before we could travel Jackie did FaceTime showings bringing along some of our family members, then garnered multiple houses to see for when we traveled down. PTC was a very competitive market in the Spring, especially for what we needed, but Jackie found what ended up to be the perfect house for us! And it all happened over a long weekend, since we were limited on time. Throughout the process of negotiating an offer, negotiations after the inspections process, and scores of questions (first time buying a house in 30+ years!), Jackie was always available, always our advocate, and (according to my husband) a bulldog getting us the very best of what we wanted and needed. As we completed the purchase she made sure we were getting everything we were due and then some! She walked us through everything we needed to do and know, and the closing went smoothly. Even after we closed, Jackie was extremely helpful and a valuable resource for some issues that arose with the house after we moved in.
