Downtown disaster. It has a minimum waiting room for three specialties. You have to wait in the street because there is no place or standing. After 25 minutes waiting, they didn't remember that they had patients waiting outside... I left without even going in. I will not return, nor do I recommend it.

Yesterday, April 4, I had an appointment with Dr. Alberto Gómez, a traumatologist, to whom, due to the traffic that there was on the cycle route and the mobility problems I have due to acute pain that seems to be sciatica and I wanted him to evaluate, I arrived 4 minutes late and he was already gone. I do not know the causes since they did not give me an explanation or solution. It doesn't seem right to me that I can't wait 4 minutes and that patients do have to wait as long as they consider appropriate. A little empathy with patients, please.

Delighted with this place! With the receptionists who are top 10 and especially with Dr. Crespo, who is helping me get rid of my acne and its terrible marks. I had a peeling and 2 sessions of dermapen, the improvement that my skin has shown in such a short time has been spectacular!! I will definitely continue going to the clinic! Thank you so much !!

I have called to ask them to tell me the type of hyaluronic acid that was injected into me several years ago because I have had a problem with my lips for years and they have not given me any type of information. Furthermore, the woman who answered me on the phone is rude. Not recommendable. There are many aesthetic clinics. It is better to choose any other because if at any time you need to investigate a health problem you have, they will not give you the data. They say that the doctors will have the data and that they no longer work there. Unfortunate and suspicious. The problem is that in the past permanent substances were injected as if they were hyaluronic acid and that is what I want to find out.

I am more than delighted with this center. I went because of a traffic accident and from the traumatologist to the physios, including María the girl at the reception, they were all lovely. To begin with, the treatment that the orthopedic surgeon gave me was impeccable, he adapted at all times to my personal circumstances and changed the medication that I had been given by social security because I felt very ill and because for personal reasons I could not take some things. I continue with Maria. It's nice to arrive at a place and have the first person you see greet you with a smile, many times it's not enough but that doesn't mean their treatment loses quality and it's something that I find very, very admirable. A 10 for María ❤️. Last but not least, I have to say that I am more than delighted with Iván and Fer. In addition to being excellent professionals, they are people who are a pleasure to be with, I'm not too lazy to move around because I know I'm going to have a pleasant time, more than that, I have a great time there, the atmosphere couldn't be better and Above all, I love how they treat the elderly people who come to the center, which for me is very, very important, despite being overwhelmed at times, they never lose their joy and that when you are not feeling well is very appreciated. My experience in this center has been incredible and unexpected, I hope that those responsible for managing the center are able to care for and maintain these workers because the quality of the service is thanks to them and they deserve recognition for it.
