Inspirit Yoga Studio

A very well-rounded yoga teacher training. The course was focused on Vinyasa, but we did a little Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Yin as well. The anatomy classes were wonderful and the Ayurveda and Pranic Healing classes were a special treat.

What an amazing space to practice. Everyone is SO genuine and welcoming. I recently graduated from YTT program and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. it was absolutely an amazing journey, unforgettable and extremely rewarding. I’ve gained SO much knowledge, reunited with self and made such an amazing connections. Literally life changing experience. I am so grateful to be apart of this beautiful community.

My co-worker invited me to join her for a Reiki/Sound Healing session here and was thrilled to go. I've been wanting to socialize, but bars and clubs no longer do it for me. So this was a perfect opportunity to do something relaxing and healthy. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I felt a warm and welcoming feeling. The decor, scents, and vibes were all so calming. I had fun looking at everything afterwards. The session was set up where we had a table to lay on, with pillows and blankets if you wanted them. And Dr. Unicorn was our guide for the evening, on 4/3/21! Perfect time for some inner alignment and being in a collective. I enjoyed myself very much. At the end of it, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. I felt more connected and grounded again, too. I'm definitely curious about their massages now if I felt this good from a sound bath!

Inspirit Yoga is more than just a yoga studio. It’s a community that welcomes all with open arms. Many different schooling options, as well as a vast majority of classes and services to choose from. The teachers are very knowledgeable & professional, and also FUN!!

The vinyasa class with Wendy has quickly become the highlight of my week. Wendy is super welcoming, supportive, and has taught me so much in so little time. Additionally, Inspirit Yoga studio has the most friendly atmosphere that makes you immediately feel comfortable to practice and be yourself.
