Now I have finished the treatment, I have been calling for more than 3 days, leaving messages on the answering machine, and I still have not been able to contact anyone. The same thing happens to the people around me who are doing the treatment, I learned about it and I do not recommend it to them.

After several dental evaluations, I opted for them because I had seen a lot of advertising and they were, so to speak, “pioneers” in invisible orthodontics. The fact is that after practically waiting two months for the treatment to supposedly arrive, I found myself with the pleasant surprise that nothing was invisible, that they had ordered an expander made for my daughter valued on the market for a price 5 times lower than what They wanted to charge me €1,300. They had decided at the last minute and without consulting me. I emphasize that my daughter should wear orthodontics, not expanders, and I inform you of my dissatisfaction, and on top of that, the expander is poorly manufactured, a wire jumps out and hurts her lingual part. I talk to them and they try to solve the problem by telling me that they will put another retainer and I inform them that those retainers they offer me are post-orthodontic retainers and that I am not going to accept them, since in my daughter's case they would be of no use to her ( just for decoration) I have not received any further information, calls, or emails from them. Do not hesitate to report these cases, they are literally scammers, anyone can fall for their tricks and pay innocently first with time, second with money and third with their oral health since they can cause damage.
