Searching the website for an appointment in dermatology, they give me a minimum of three months (social security gives me "only" two). You call to see if there is any other solution and they don't even answer the phone. It's a shame to pay for private insurance and not be able to use it.

It's unfortunate to call the Begoña Hospital and they tell me to try calling in November to see if they can make an appointment because everything is full. I'm unsubscribing right now.

It is unfortunate treatment that little consideration for people takes a long time to give a simple basic authorization. Come on, if you had to ask for something surgical, you could die, the peeling and the communication with the health professionals is terrible. It doesn't seem normal to me in the office, they are rude, they don't inform you about anything nor do they know how to treat clients. This insurance is not recommended because they only look at the money and nothing else. Then they will be surprised that you speak badly about imq, well normal. I know it sucks that you have to repeat tests for misreporting. One less client.
