Terrible service. A month ago I made an appointment by phone to have the laser done and they gave me an appointment for today, and when I arrived they told me that I am not registered anywhere and they cannot attend to me because they already have someone else. It seems incredible to me that, after waiting a month for availability, they are wasting my time and I still don't have my laser hair removal service. It's happened to me more than once, so I think they change appointments however they want. If you have the opportunity and don't want to waste your time, don't go to this center.

Delighted with ideal centers, all the girls are super nice and the treatment is very close, always advising you on what they can. The perfect place to go get a laser or some facial and body treatment, you will look like new. Highly recommended 🔝🔝🔝

I definitely recommend the Ideal Center of Gijón Los Fresnos. All the staff who attend show great professionalism and kindness at all times, the results of laser hair removal are really fast and surprising. I would repeat again with them.

One of the places where I have received the worst service in my life. Total lack of respect. I went for a bonus that they gave me and they wanted to sell me the motorcycle for a 1000 euro treatment without even confirming if it was what I wanted, since I had only asked for information. The only thing they want is to get your money. They disrespected me several times, from telling me that I depended on my husband (only for saying that I had to consult him at home because I wanted to think about it and they already wanted to make me sign a contract), to messing with my hair and my way of taking care of myself. I will never repeat it and I will talk about it to everyone.

Delighted with everything...the sessions work and the girls are lovely. Highly recommended!!
