Definitely recommend for all skill levels! I have been taking classes here regularly for the last 10+ months. Relaxing and restorative vibe. I am enjoying the low cost monthly membership which includes in person and zoom classes in the Victor, Studio as well as their affiliate locations in Idaho Falls and Jackson. Also, this studio and its partners offers a range of programming such as meditation, sound bath, Kirtan events and meet ups such as stand up paddle boarding in the summer.

The therapeutic flow and yin yoga are my absolute favorite. Daysha has expert knowledge of body movement and various tips/techniques to improve flexibility and relax the body. She is a great instructor and has the critical ability to cater the classes to address everyone’s focus areas. By the end of each class, we all feel amazing.

Definitely recommend checking out the Yoga CoOp. Instructors are super friendly, prices are super affordable, and class choices are amazing.
