Idaho Fitness Factory Caldwell

Writing this review here because this the main location I go to, but I’ve been to 2 other locations as well. Here’s the deal, for a “cheap” gym, this place is great. Plenty of space, less crowds, machines & equipment is great when it’s not broken down. 3/3 stars for the gym itself. 0/2 Stars for the fact that they only staff this gym from 11-7. Fun fact, many people workout before 11am. As a result, any issues at the gym are never resolved. You also can’t bring a guest unless staff is there. And the bathrooms and shower areas are rarely, if ever, cleaned. Example: Today I walk into the men’s bathroom and water is coming over the edge of the toilet onto the floor. It’s 8am and there’s no staff on site. So I turn the water off at the toilet to stop the water. Probably won’t get fixed until 11am when staff shows up, so I sent a message through the app to alert them. Guess we will see what happens!

Good gym for cardio but not big enough space for the area. They need more space and more equipment for how busy this location gets. Friendly staff , clean gym. Good people. Just to small for the free weight / machine section.

I love teaching group fitness classes here at 5am and 9am Mon-Fri and 6am on Saturdays. I want to help the Caldwell community get healthier and this gym is family owned with GREAT owners who truly care about the community! It’s a super clean gym with nice staff. There’s a variety of equipment which is great. However, it’s so busy it’s hard to use anything in the weight room… even at night. Caldwell definitely needs a bigger location sooner than later.

Place is excellent and the customer service matches! Blair up front is the ideal person I'd want at my business.
