Friendly and diligent telephone service. APP could be improved but very useful, including medical chat that I have used once and it can get you out of a momentary trouble. The main aspect to improve, I insist, is home care.

The service in the offices is really terrible. I went with the flyer that my imq doctor made for me to pay for TrisoNIM Premium, just as the flyer and the informed consent said, and the offices didn't know what it was. After 30 wasted minutes, their dataphone doesn't work and instead of giving me facilities, such as making a transfer, they tell me that I have to go to their bank, pay and come back, making me waste the entire morning. Finally, I had to go to another laboratory where they did know what the flyer said and they didn't waste my time.
