The indifference displayed over the phone suggests a lack of commitment to the health and well-being of patients, generating justified animosity toward an institution that has clearly forgotten its fundamental purpose: to care for those who trust in them.

They never pick up the phone, you get desperate calling many times. I don't understand how a public service like that acts like that. Some head of health should focus on that service and know what happens and how it works, know how many calls are received per day, how many are answered and how many are lost because they are not answered.

A lower grade could be given, a terrible service to the citizen. You call and they don't pick up and the attention of some doctors is terrible.

We need pediatricians in the holy grail, midwives, extractions... All the services that have been removed and taken to the olive trees.
