Hotel Casa Encantada

We can only say good things about this place. We have now stayed several times and it was always perfect. Beautiful rooms, great decoration. Our friends had twice a problem with the hot water but it was quickly resolved and they even got a bottle of wine for having taken a cold shower in early January. Very friendly staff, great property with lots of plants and places to sit and enjoy. Very quiet and just around the corner from everything. Breakfast is included and you will not leave hungry. The only negative is parking. They don't have any. You get a better rate at a nearby parking garage but it's still 150 pesos per day.

Excellent staff who are incredibly attentive. Luis helped us with several things to include places to eat and towns to visit. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Victoria, who is so nice and an incredibly talented artist. Highly recommend!

Loved this place. The ambiance is nostalgic..access it a bit limited but secure. Nights were cold/frosty needed heat. owner was strict on consumption for heat. Instructed to use as little as possible.. some noise upstairs at night from night staff mulling around otherwise quiet..lovely courtyard. No parking near by..had to use public parking in the centre square.

Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and charming.

Excellent boutique hotel. Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast (and coffee); close to everything in town, but very quiet at night.
