Sadly disappointed. A group of women deserve to be handled with care and respect. the spa being closed and cold jacuzzi and the breakfast thing and how they prob treat off season customers was poor and unacceptable. Let’s do better for hard working women who deserve a good time on break

Great experience. The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but the food is great. The spa has a good variety of options with services allowing use of the pool, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and saunas.

Be careful booking through “their” website - my friend and I “booked” rooms through one of their websites (google shows 2 different ones that look suspiciously similar). Within a couple of hours I had two separate charges totaling $820 that I never authorized (& the amounts didn’t match up to the “deposit” for the room). My friend also had multiple fraudulent charges 😢

Wanted to love the place. Restaurant Fuego is spectacular, service is great. Spa is a super experience you do not want to miss. The problem is the owner of the place let's his dogs 🐕 roam the place. I saw them attack two people , one a young child, without any provocation. When the hotel owner was told he blamed the child. Even when another witness confirmed that the attack was unprovoked the hotel owner begrudgingly gave an unconvincing and almost inaudible apology. He claimed he would secure the dogs but shortly after and the next day the dogs were on the loose again. Totally ruined the experience. An employee of the hotel also mentioned that the dogs have done this before but it was clear that since the dogs belong to the boss they are powerless to do anything. Very sad. 😢.

Great place to stay overall. Our deluxe room by the vineyard was really clean and big. We had netflix pre-set on our TV, the shower had both hot and cold water and the cleaning staff was very attentive. We had a hot tub, pool and cabana area right outside our room. This was only accessible to rooms in the vineyard area which made it much more private and less occupied. My only complaint is that we had to ask for the hot tub and pool to be cleaned as there were a lot of bugs. I understand bugs landing is inevitable but they should be more proactive about that. Once they cleaned up we went right in! Food was solid and service was great overall, most folks went above and beyond to make sure we were good. This place is priced well and is close to everything which makes it a great destination. I would definitely be back.
