Hotel Andana

Hotel Andana is an absolutely beautiful hotel. They provided an amazing experience, and made our stay there as stress free as possible. It was a fairly central location in terms of travel times to vineyards. I would definitely return for future visits to Valle de Guadalupe.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel that is plagued by poor management and dismissive guest services. It was discovered that our room did NOT HAVE HOT WATER, which was immediately addressed with hotel management. How does a luxury hotel not have hot water (apparently this is a known problem and noted in a previous review)?? Management said they were working to fix it but nothing was done for the extent of our stay. No apologies, no adjustment to room rate, nothing... The only reason why this hotel is getting 2 stars is because of the attentive service provided at the pool restaurant/bar. Otherwise, avoid this hotel at all cost and stay at one of the many other beautiful properties in the Valle.

This luxury hotel is beyooond what we expect. The services, the food and the amenities were excellent. Because it was a Monday - Wednesday stay, we practically had the hotel to ourselves. It was awesome to enjoy the swimming pool mainly to ourselves. Can’t wait to go back and check out the hotel when it is completed. It was great to celebrate our 25th anniversary and my beautiful wife’s BD there for a few days.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. No hot/warm water. No gym. Nothing near the hotel. Slow service. Housekeeping bangs on your door even though a DO NOT DISTURB sign is on the door. Terribly slow check-in / check-out process. No proof of receipts or folios during check-out, just an amount to pay. They require 50% deposit to confirm the room right away. Nothing around this hotel for at least 20-30 minutes. No local transportation around. No bathrobe in the room. Mosquitoes everywhere. Only one restaurant at the hotel, food takes minimum 50-60 minutes to arrive and very expensive / overpriced.
