Hot 8 Yoga

Hot 8 Yoga Studio has been my go-to place for yoga, and it’s truly exceptional. The staff here are not only incredibly helpful but also nice, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The classes are simply amazing, and the studio itself is super clean. The addition of showers and cold eucalyptus towels is a fantastic perk, making it convenient for post-yoga refreshment. I highly recommend checking out their brand new location in Hollywood and Beverly Hills studio. Pro tip: grab a friend or two with you to workout together. What sets Hot 8 Yoga apart for me is that it’s not just about yoga classes; it’s about being part of a supportive and welcoming community. This studio has become my second home. See you on the mat.

EASILY THE BEST HOT YOGA EXPERIENCE!!!! The Sherman Oaks location of hot 8 is wonderful. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The instructors and experienced, knowledgeable and are able to curate class to tailor all levels of yogis. The cleanliness of this location is also remarkable, hot yoga gets stinky quickly but you never smell anything stinky, it actually smells fresh and clean and the locker room is spotless !! They always have everything fully stocked and ready for the guests to enjoy! I’ve been practicing yoga for 16 years now and this is truly my favorite spot!! I highly recommend it !!

Love this yoga studio. The rooms are hot, the instructors are lovely and the facilities are clean. I like to get the 10 pack of classes so I can go whenever its convenient to my schedule. The membership is fine if you are going to go consistently but do know that it’s a two month minimum. I took one star off because sometimes the classes are overbooked and if you dont show up early enough you have to find a place to squeeze in and although the facility is very clean the studio floors need to be vacuumed more often or something …. Touching the floor with your body and then finding someone elses hair stuck to you is gross. They have a nice outdoor patio and the cold eucalyptus towels are LIFE :). The parking is very convenient and they do provide validation. All in all, would recommend!

The Pasadena location has super friendly staff checking you in, great instructors who really work with you in your practice, and nice facilities that are clean & modern. There’s also a lovely garden area to relax & free parking w/validation. Highly recommend the experience of hot yoga here!

Hot 8 Pasadena is phenomenal!!! The atmosphere is tranquil, spa like. Really a luxury experience (chilled towels, great bathroom and shower facilities, outdoor patio). And the classes are divine. Some are hardcore and will get you ripped, and some are rejuvenating and aligning like the Power 1 I took with Jan yesterday, just a fantastic teacher and beautiful, healthy class.
