Hot 8 Yoga

This is a really nice yoga studio. I'm a beginner-to-novice and I found it very welcoming, not intimidating at all. The staff is very friendly and I like that they provide free towels when you need them. They also have free lockers, a robust schedule, and an easy to use app to book your classes on. Their classes are a little on the expensive side but they seem to offer specials occasionally that make them cheaper. I dislike the texture and material that the floors are made out of; it doesn't feel good on the skin (sorta rough), but this is easily remedied by having an extra towel on hand for the times your knees have to go off mat. Overall, it's a good studio and I enjoy going there.

Lovely place - it is HOT. My class was literally 106. Good sweat. Convenient location. Good teachers. Friendly vibes. Very clean.

Hot8 helped me find my “ME”. The instructor that I wanna highlight is Vulgar Yogi, because she was the reason I kept coming and helped me elevate my practice and mindset. She puts so much effort and love into her teaching and so much care in her students. My only recommendation is that Hot8 adds more classes with her.

The instructors at Hot 8 Yoga are great! Really motivating with hard workouts and yoga classes that work your mind and body. The motivation is helpful in the hot rooms and the areas to cool off and grab cold towels are nice to decompress with after class.
