I've been here since 9 in the morning and it's 6 in the afternoon. They don't pick up the phone. I need to change time for an x-ray. I feel embarrassed. I don't know how they have clients working so poorly. I don't think I will continue to be treated there and I don't recommend it to anyone. I feel abandoned and very angry with the telephone service. I think everything will work just as badly.

The problem I see in this hospital is that there are many mutual societies, together with the referrals that are made from the University Hospital of Guadalajara, it becomes truly chaotic and that, there are up to 3 counters with 2 people at each one for the reception, even One day they had to assist me inside the office behind a counter, with 2 other people. That in itself should not be a problem when you have it well planned to absorb it, but this is not the case since the volume of patients is incredibly higher than the possibilities of providing efficient care, or at least the "clutter" that is noticeable is noticeable. there is. Be careful, it is not the fault of the staff, since they give a lot of themselves, nor are the medical professionals. The staff is good and I don't think it's their fault. To break a point in favor of the clinic, I will say that it is true that they have been/are in the works due to the expansion (which I think will be insufficient in the medium/long term) but it has been there for many years and before the expansion there were already Huge lines and when you went, you knew that at least you were going to spend an hour and a half there, even arriving at your time. To add another failure, they modified the website (online appointments section) and I, I had 2 other family members registered on my insurance, after the modification they no longer appear and only I appear, in addition to the new website being very impractical for take appointments In case it helps anything to improve, I give them 1 star.

The treatment by the administration in general is good (not counting the telephone attention, which is non-existent, they do not answer the phone, but I doubt it is their fault, rather the management's), however lately the medical attention has deteriorated a lot. To give an example: it is clear that they are going to make money, they give you tests without any sense (gynecological ultrasounds lasting 4 seconds!!) I have not returned to that specific specialist nor do I recommend him. On the other hand, having an analysis there has become an odyssey, worse than in the S.S.. Finally, in general specialists do not get very involved with the patient. I hope they improve, in my case I am looking for alternatives to not go here.

Every day you come is worse. And not because of the medical assistance but because of the receptions, which despite there being a few, the service leaves much to be desired. It doesn't matter if you come half an hour early on an empty stomach, you will serve an hour and a half. The attention of such unqualified people in a place as important as health and health security is incredible.
