Hoots Wings by Hooters

Below are my pics! I’ll give my personal experience of the food. —Traditional wings like the Hooters we all know...Excellent!!! —The sides: Potato tots and Fried pickles were good. Next time I would ask to cook them longer. —the Shrimp with the wing sauce….Excellent!!! —Boneless Wings: Excellent!!! ---The Waffle fries: Excellent!!! The side sauces...hot buffalo, ghost pepper and the ranch...perfect!!! The place was set-up pretty good...plenty of tables to sit with all the condiments. The bathroom was clean, the bathroom door was right-on. ---It was push-out to leave instead of using the handle to pull. The employees looked enthusiastic,....I hope they can keep them.

Hoots wings is my favorite take-out diner. Their new restaurant in Southgate, Mi, is clean, the staff is nice, and their wings are crispy and delicious. The fact that I can add all flats is a bonus. I love it!

Ill start by saying the staff is always great. Today, I called because I felt my wings weren't sauced. Destiny answered the phone, she was polite and understanding. I brought the wings back to be replaced. Destiny already had the wings ready and explained that the sauce is oil based and doesn't look as saucy once it dries. She is absolutely right. idk if the company changed the recipe or if its different from "Hooters" but the sauce isn't as saucy and it leaves an oil residue. Thank you Destiny for your understanding, communication, and great customer service. Hoots, stop changing the sauce and recipes to save money, its making your employees job harder and your customers unsatisfied.

Nope. Not it. Manager was a jerk to his cashier (putting her in awkward spots to tell customers things when he should have). He also was rude twice to me and my daughter. First time, she said my total was $15.43. But on the screen it said $26.56. I said what it shows, she got the manager, I say, what's it gonna charge my card if I swipe it? He says " I'm a manager not a tech guy". Cancels out the screen and it comes up right the 2nd time. Then, while waiting on our order, were standing at the counter, he walks over with a bag and with this "shooing motion" says can I have my counter space?.... For what? We are supposed to be here waiting. So we backed away from that area. Then, I hear him tell the cashier, I don't have time to cut carrots, which I ordered, they box up my food, cashier gives it to me, and at this point I'm over him, so I leave, get home, no carrots. Ok cool whatever, but to not even mention it to me.... And the food, straight up, worst wings I've ever had. I bought 60. 6 different flavors. And I am not being a Karen here, but they were terrible. I'll stick with Wingstop, always treated good there and the wings were always good.
