As a current employee, Registered Nurse, with Home Instead - Edina, I am DELIGHTED to work alongside healthcare professionals who desire to do good for all we serve! We strive to continuously meet the needs of those receiving our care - looking for person specific, efficient, safe, and creative ways to meet the individual needs. Our caregivers challenge themselves in their skill sets and providing a variety of care needs based on acuity levels and it is wonderful to be apart of a team focused on professional growth so we can continue to provide the highest level of care to those who desire to remain in their preferred HOME setting.

I contacted Home Instead while our family was deciding what to do for father and mother. For two months, Connie at Home Instead, called me every few weeks to check on how we were doing and what we might need. Though we needed more complex services, the calls from Connie were reassuring and a kind voice. Those gestures were above and beyond and helped me cope with our situation. Thank you, Home Instead, for caring for us even though we weren't clients.

We hired Home Instead in an effort to keep my mother living in her own home. Everyone was so nice and caring. I felt so comfortable leaving my mother in their care! They were extremely reliable and felt more like we had friends helping out :)

I am an employee of home instead senior care of Edina and so far I have nothing to complain about. The professional, awesome, and amazing management is always ready to work around your schedule and make sure all your clients are within reasonable distance. They're flexible, have a lot of educational training, the pay is also competitive. I will recommend this company to anyone out there looking for a part time job.
