One of the best companies I have ever worked for. Its very rewarding work. You get to work with senior citizens and handicapped individuals on the daily. Getting to socialize and just enjoy their company is one of the most rewarding parts of the job. I go to work everyday and don't even feel like I work half the time. I used to work a 9 to 5 factory job and dreaded going into work. Now I wake up refreshed and excited to go in. The office staff is always willing to answer your calls and they truly care about the clients and you. Flexible schedules and you get all the hours you want. Chasisty, Pam, and Courtney work very hard to make sure everyone has everything they need. By far the best company around.

In September of 2019. I needed a lot of help with my mother who had dementia and was a fall risk. I called Home Instead of New Albany Indiana on the recommendation of my Mothers doctor. That is one of the best decision I could have ever made. Chasity the client care manager came out to talk to us and see what exactly we needed. She is very good at what she does and is easy to talk to. I had someone come out 4 days later and for the next 11 months they never failed to have someone here at the scheduled times. I did have several different carers come to the house and everyone of them where very professional and skilled. I thank all of them for what they do. At times I would call the office to change days or hours because of appointment rescheduling and the office staff was very accommodating. They are a pleasure to work with. Cassie was Mom’s regular person, I have nothing but a great appreciation for her. Mom enjoyed her help and being with her. I didn’t have to worry about anything when I left the house. Cassie and I was sitting next to my mother when she died. It was because of all the wonderful help from Home instead and her that made it possible for me to keep my mother at home. I will be forever thankful to them. If you feel you need help please give them a call and talk to them. They are very easy to talk to. You will be glad you did.

My sisters and I use Home Instead to provide much needed care for my mother. They have done a fantastic job of keeping us informed and of coordinating her care. The caregivers and the back office staff are invaluable.

9/9/2020 my aunts caretaker, Lovetee Howell of Louisville Kentucky took my 50 dollar face serum by Skininc products. I noticed my item was missing from the medicine cabinet after I finished taking my bath. I told my elderly aunt about it, she than told me that Lovetee Howell had been coming out from the bathroom with something on her face and asked her if what she use on her face? My aunt told nothing but soap and water, and Lovetee Howell stayed that she had dark spots and patchy skin. My item is for brightening and illuminating skin complexion. My aunt cannot walk into my bathroom due to osteoarthritis and the floor is tile material. I than called the supervisor of home instead and told her that I’m calling the police 👮‍♀️ and filing a report on Lovetee Howell of Louisville Kentucky. Lovetee has been calling my phone angry that I called the police on her, I am disappointed in her and that she betrayed my trust. I’m adding more security cameras in the house. I will continue to use your services

Home Instead has been wonderful to work with. It gives us peace of mind to know that they will do whatever it takes to make sure our loved one is taken care of at home.
