Home Instead

The staff at Home Instead went above and beyond to care for my mother. She was a client for nearly 3 years and was happy to be at home until her passing. She appreciated not being alone every evening and looked forward to visits from her Caregivers. As her needs changed, the staff helped to coordinate with other resources and the hospice team so that Mom could stay in her home.

I worked for Home Instead for about 6 months in my final year of college. It was an amazing experience that influenced my life path. I had the extreme pleasure of working with the greatest man and his loving family and I think of him often. It's easy to forget you are working when your job is providing care to someone who you genuinely care for. I would recommend Home Instead, not only as a job, but also as a care provider for your loved ones.

Of 30 years of caregiving, I found Home Instead to be the most delightful to work for. They seem to be the most caring for their clients and caregivers. They even had us playing games as we were tested with nice rewards. Working for Home Instead was "rewarding" in more than one way. I miss not working with them since I had to retire.

Super friendly and efficient staff. Last minute family emergency resulted in a call to Home Instead. Sarah was on site within an hour and had everything arranged that day. Susie was assigned to take care of Mom has been doing a great job.

We have had experience w/ just two workers and two nursing/scheduling people. Our caregiver is the best person in the whole world. She made our complicated lives run smoother and better.
