Home Instead

We have had Lily C. come to our home for about four months. For many people, including myself, it's not easy having someone you don't know well in your home. However, Lily has been a great addition to our routine! She is proactive and immediately tries to find ways to be useful each and every day. She is truly compassionate about caring for my Father especially on days when he's struggling which leaves me with a great sense of comfort! My experience with Home Instead has been a really great one because of Lily!

The Home Instead caregivers and office staff have been an answer to prayer for our whole family, allowing Mom to stay in her condo. Mom’s special caregiver, Pam, helps mom exercise, do household tasks, (even forcing tulip bulbs!) and has a knack for knowing when mom needs to rest. Leslee in the office consistently emails paperwork so we can deal with insurance. We have been so pleased with the quick response to questions or concerns from everyone in the office. An outstanding organization!

My husband's caregiver, Noel, is smart, experienced and always dependable. He really cares and does his best every single day. He has made our lives so much easier.

Our household is fortunate enough to have a triplet of Care Pros who work so very well with mom: Vangie is a strong-willed soul who asks questions about everything to make sure she is on track to help the client and brings several smiles each day to her work.

Julie is always on time, always friendly, does her job thoroughly with minimal direction. She knows what needs to be done and does it efficiently. She is very reliable and kind. We appreciate her help!
