I LOVE the training I get with Devin. Every time I go, hr has a completely different workout but always addresses the goals I have set. He moved the sessions quickly but always with extreme attention to form and will always make adjustments as needed and on the spot. The gym facility is clean, state-of-the-art, quiet, friendly and full service. I DO NOT like going to a gym but I LOVE going to Hoffacker Fitness. I look forward to each session

Hoffacker Fitness truly has a first class program that’s personal, private, and geared towards your specific goals. The certified trainers have a unique technical approach, train clients in a comfortable environment, and teach overall wellness, which is something you don’t see in the large fitness chains. Coming from someone that’s trained at multiple gyms, I can’t think of a better place!

I am not a big gym rat but wanted to get in shape so I called Devin at Hoffacker Health and Fitness to create a program to achieve my goals. My main goal was strength training and second was to improve my tennis game. Devin evaluated my abilities and then designed a program to meet my needs. He changes my workout every time without having to think about it. He has a gift. He also has the knowledge to explain the muscle groups and their function when I ask. The entire staff at Hoffacker is outstanding. From Devon’s fitness evaluation to the personalized workout approach, the experience has been top notch. I’ve worked with Emily on strength and flexibility and my golf game has never been better.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The facility is excellent, and everyone I met was very friendly and knowledgeable. My initial assessment was incredibly thorough, and although I have plenty of work to do I wasn't ever made to feel as though I wasn't "good enough" already. The goals felt attainable, and the focus was on health rather than aesthetics. I was completely comfortable and at ease with my trainer Brian, and would recommend Hoffacker to anyone.
