Liked the presentation of the food, with the amazing options of customizing the milk tea. Loved the starters, for what surprised me the most was how fast the food was made(i was the only person in store, so maybe that played a key role). Will come back again to try a lunch box. Owners are friendly

We placed an order through Uber Eats because they have a decent rating. I was looking for some ramen because I have a cold, and well, ramen is great for such things. The Curry Seafood Ramen was tasteless and just plain bad. The mussels were questionable. I realized while I was eating one. Now my stomach feels funny and I have a cold. I did not finish my meal. My wife ordered the Shrimp Teriyaki Udon. It was just okay. Not great, not horrible, mediocre at best. I also ordered the Taro smoothie as well. Again, just okay. It is doubtful that we will order from Hitea again. I was really hoping for some good comfort food to help soothe a cold. Not questionable seafood that might have me running to the bathroom.

Upon entering to pick up an online order no one greeted me as I stood at the counter even though someone was literally 6ft away. I waited as the lady made some teas for about 3 minutes without being greeted before I tried to get her attention and she ignored me. Not a hello, how may I help you or one moment please. There is a bell on the counter but I thought it would be ridiculous to have to ring it when someone was right in front of me. Nonetheless I had to ring the bell to get my order that was also 6ft way. * they were not busy there was one small family of 3 waiting. Service is bad and flat out rude My food was cold and not that good Boba latte was actually good Wouldn’t recommend food isn’t even good enough to overlook the rude service

OH MY GOD!! , their milk tea is seriously irresistible! I'm super happy you folks set up shop right next to the hospital. Lunch is definitely calling me back for another visit!

HiTea offers Japanese comfort food with a wide variety of options. From udon noodles to ramen bowls and bento, there’s something for everyone. We had an assortment of dishes and milk teas, and everything was delicious. Ordering is easy using the kiosk by the front register. Our food was served promptly and piping hot. This place is worth a stop!
