Now they have one that I love, it gives an incredible result. The girls are sweet! Specifically Rosa, I met her today and it was the first time, but I am delighted, today she did a great laser for me, she is a sweetheart, I hope she always does it for me. I have noticed very positive differences in her when performing the laser. But girls, I'm sorry to tell you that hurting hurts the same 🤭! Thank you Rosa, you are lovely

She was a client of Vivanta where they used the alexandrite laser. Now it disappears and they send us to this clinic whose laser is ineffective. They tell you that it is better and that it takes time, but in my case it has been quite a setback. I still have two paid sessions left and it's not worth it for me to go, not to mention they never have appointments available. Even if you see an offer, I can tell you that cheap is expensive.

The alexandrite laser is NOT WORTH THE SAME AS THE DIODE LASER, and you don't want to give me my money back. You have not notified when you have changed clinics, neither to me, nor to 10 other people that I know on a personal level, and who knows how many other people. You haven't done a test to see if my skin accepts it when you know that I have sensitive skin because I have warned you and you didn't care. I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO HAS HAD A PROBLEM REPORT THIS CASE, because I don't know how the clinic is still open. It is very strong that you only think about money instead of doing things well the way things are.
