They closed the store in Reus without notifying their customers or at least nobody wrote me an email (I don't know why they ask you for so much information if when they need to use it for important things they don't use it) and 6 months ago I'm asking them to return me €80 for a treatment that I did not finish doing since they closed and due to time and distance, I cannot go to Tarragona because they work the same hours as me. I WANT MY €80, is it so hard to return what doesn't belong to you? Also, you guys closed, so it's not a customer problem. 5 months ago they told me the same thing that it takes a long time for them to return my money, is it real that for €80 they take so long? That speaks of the little responsibility and transparency this place has!!!! scammers

I have gone twice to have the laser done on my legs. The first time I was a little shocked that the two girls who were at the reception were a bit rude and were not the same as they were today, who were otherwise very good and nice. Tamara did the laser on me and it was super good. Very good attention and treatment. She put aloe vera on me at the end of the session, unlike the previous one who told me that if I wanted to put it on, she had it. 😅 So I left with a good taste in my mouth thanks to Tamara. We will see us again. ☺

I had the laser done and I paid for a package that included three years with them and they wrote to me to tell me not to go anymore that the three years had passed and at another time they had told me that I could go until no more hair came out. and it was a lie

My experience is not good since they have changed the company name twice and on top of that they closed the Reus center without warning so I had to go to the center of Tarragona. The surprise comes when, after waiting four months for an appointment, now that the day has arrived, they tell me with a cold WhatsApp message that I no longer have any sessions left, when I still had one last session left and I already had to fight for it because when I paid for the A few months later, the treatment was suspended due to Covid and then they didn't give hours... in total, I have missed several sessions between Covid and the center closing and their excuse is that they don't know. What a scam. Well, I was going to hire laser treatment for my two daughters but it certainly won't be with Hedonai.

It's not what it was before, it's already made me uncomfortable, they changed the laser and didn't tell me anything. I ran out of quick masing sessions.
