It was my first time doing laser, so I was a bit worried, but choosing this clinic is the best choice I made! It was very quick and almost painless. The best part, though, is the staff. All of the girls are so kind and wonderful, I do not speak Spanish and they made sure that there was someone who spoke English there to make sure that I was ok and to walk me through every step. Amazing clinic and Will continue coming here!

Never go to any center in Hedonai, they are thieves and scammers. I have been waiting for the return of a subscription for 8 months and they no longer even answer my emails. 2 months ago since May they told me that they were waiting for a legal document to proceed with making the payment and Months go by and nothing, they don't have a customer service number for incidents, you call other centers and they simply wash their hands, I already proceeded to file a complaint because I'm tired of waiting, to get my money back.

I have no complaints about the treatment received by the assistants, but I do feel deceived and manipulated about the company policy. Thank goodness I didn't contract the laser for 2 years because it turns out that they have closed the clinic and now I do want to continue with it. laser that I had one session left, do I have to travel 200km? Thank God I found a much better clinic with better results in a short time. This disappointment is a shame because I had complete confidence in them that I even underwent an operation and now they have questioned many things.

I feel cheated with this company. I have been with them for years and in the last 2 they have only given me problems. They physically changed the center without warning, and taking away the facilities that it gave me in the one I was in because it was open on Saturdays. Then they changed owners and my sessions have been canceled 3 times. And now they send me an sms that they cancel my session again without giving me a solution. I understand that there may be changes, because I work with the public and giving support, however, it seems to me a shame how it is being treated and the few solutions that are given. The complaint is going to fall on you because you are laughing at people and if we do not do something you will continue filling your pockets at our expense.
