They have closed permanently, leaving customers without any notification. When calling Hedonai they say: “We are under construction” in front of the English court and I don't see any premises under construction. Little by little they are closing centers without prior notice, deceiving that they are going to reopen to improve care and it is not true. In the end they will close them all and they will enjoy the money of all the clients without serving any of them.

What do those of us who have half-finished treatments and appointments already booked and have not yet been notified of anything do? I cannot go to another center because it has been years since I started here, I chose precisely this center because of its proximity... is there anyone else in the same situation to be able to claim jointly? thank you!

I have been forced to write a negative review of this center. My assessment is aimed at the lack of organization/coordination, I don't know if it is due to the continuous rotation of staff or lack of disposition on their part. After finishing my sessions (which were also many and quite expensive), I acquired a voucher (22 sessions). With Leticia (former manager who currently works at the Castellana center) and Verónica (current worker at the center) present, they assured me that because I was a former client, instead of consuming 2 sessions on full legs, it would count as 1 session. At the time I insisted that they leave it reflected on my file and they confirmed it. On another occasion, I asked again if it had been registered and they confirmed it. It didn't seem right to me to ask every session I attended to continue insisting/doubting whether they reflected said promotion in my file. Finally, they tell me that I no longer have sessions available (even though I had an appointment, that is, I supposedly had sessions available) and that there is nothing of the promised promotion registered in my client file. Furthermore, since 2019 and having paid for so many sessions performed, honestly, the results have left much to be desired, that is, practically zero and I reiterate that there have been many sessions performed. No words. In short, lack of professionalism. I do not recommend it and I will formalize a claim in person as soon as possible.

A firm you can trust, I lasered entire legs, armpits and groin 15 years ago and it is perfect to this day. Now my daughter is doing it and she is delighted, Princesa's center is good, good professionals and Silvia's treatment and good work stand out.

Last year I started doing lasers on my face. Now I'm with my legs. Cristina has been assisting me, who is an absolute charm and a great professional. Now I am being assisted by Laura, who is also a sweetheart and a very good professional. I've been doing great since the first session. Thank you very much, girls!!!!
