I have been waiting for a response to my pending sessions for months and have not received a response regarding my request. They keep telling me that they will give me an answer but nothing. I find the treatment of your clients in this situation shameful, the responsibility is yours, you should be quick and not have to insist.

Tired of waiting for the money I paid to be returned to me. They closed without notice and I never saw the money again. I've been fighting with them since February. ·In the next ten days" they told me in March and it's November and they keep giving me the slip. A scam and a joke.

They closed the center without warning. If you call, they tell you that they cannot tell you when the center will open again or if they are going to open, so they offer you to go to the nearest center (in the case of this establishment, 100km away). When you request a refund for pending sessions, they give you an email address to request; address from which I never received a return confirmation despite my insistence (I sent the first email five months ago). A pity and a shame.

A 1 because I can't give them a 0, they closed my center and refuse to refund my money for breaching the contract with the client. A shame.

Disastrous experience!! It is a chain scam that at the minimum they ignore you.. I paid a lot of money for a treatment for which I was dissatisfied and they haven't even finished it, due to the temporary closure of the clinic. Without prior notice I was left on the street on the supposed day of my visit for treatment. I have been sending emails and calling for 2 months, demanding my money or compensation or settlement And they lengthen answers or don't even answer... I don't recommend it at all! Don't be fooled...
