I had to go a second time because the hair had fallen out in one area and again without working. Your laser is useless!!! Completely a fraud, and they tell you it's for hormonal reasons but I've had it done many times in that area and I've never had any problems, it's not that at all... now I have to look for another place because I can't stay like this !!! Double payment

I have been a patient for years, since it was called Laser 2000. The treatment of the workers at Cruz Conde was wonderful, especially Bea, Eva and Rosa. They closed the center and after waiting months they moved me to the English court center where the laser is diode (the previous one was Alexandrite), the laser change is very evident for the worse. I feel like they are dragging my feet to finish my treatment, I have 3 or 4 sessions left but I won't go again because the laser and the treatment from the staff is not what it used to be.

Bond prices are becoming more expensive. Plus you have to take several sessions... for what? If they make it increasingly difficult to make an appointment. Good luck if they pick up your phone at the switchboard and there is no point in picking it up because there is never any room. And if you manage to schedule a date, good luck! Because they can notify you the day before that the machine is not working and now your life has to come back to make a new appointment. I have been a client for more than 5 years and I was very happy but I have less and less desire to continue. Also every time you go they try to sell you something and that makes it quite uncomfortable. Very disappointed

Disappointing. She had been a client for years at Cruz Conde where she was happy with both the results of the treatment and the care she received (Eva especially). Three sessions after finishing my bonus, they changed me to another type of laser which is the worst thing I could have done, I have gotten more hair when I barely had any, much more painful and what can I say about the terrible treatment of the staff. I will never return to hedonai.

100% disappointed I have spent €800 and it is as if they had injected me with water... very bad. Filling dark circles with zero... corners with zero and botox, it lasted 2 months... another zero. I will not go to this clinic again nor will I give away
