Unpresentable! appalling treatment! Shameful deal! Having paid the full amount of the treatment, €1,800, more than a month before the first appointment, they call me two days before telling me that my usual doctor no longer works for them. I decided to request a refund of the full amount. As of 07/28/2023, no one has yet contacted me, the only thing they have sent me in response to all the calls and emails I have sent have been automatic response emails. Of course I do not and will not recommend this center to anyone! THEY STOLEN MY MONEY! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Prices have doubled, they don't even give you a paper gown to cover yourself and the last time she even told me that I had to buy some protective glasses because they weren't going to give them anymore.... After many sessions I still have hairs, and that my skin and my hair were ideal for the tto... I do not recommend it.

SCAM with capital letters. DO NOT BUY BONUSES, especially if they offer them to you at a 50% discount. This company is in bankruptcy and closes centers from one day to the next without prior notice. Be wary if you see that offer, that means they will close and keep your money. There are many people complaining and all they do is drag their feet.

I am delighted with Hedonai Cornellá, I get the laser and facial and body radiofrequency from time to time. I see the very professional doctor, the girls are very professional and charming, very friendly and above all very attentive, they have been there for years, and the center is very clean. I also take the opportunity to shop at Corte Inglés since there are not many people, I can look and buy since they serve immediately, both books, shoes, clothes and especially the weekly shopping although I don't live nearby but it is worth it since the parking is free.

Besides being completely useless. They have closed the centers that were closest to my house so when I ask for an appointment they give me 3 months in advance. I filed a complaint because they told me that they were returning the money for the bonuses that I will not be able to enjoy. They told me that in 15 days they would tell me something and they only say that they are looking at it, that is, they are not doing ANYTHING. I would never recommend it for thieves and incompetents, but they are clear if they think I am going to give them a single cent of the bonus! I will fight it until the end! THIEVES!!!
