My experience with this brand has always been disastrous, every time I went to have the laser done they told me that it did not include several areas when my contract clearly states that it did and I always had to argue with the workers. Yesterday the treatment I received from one of the workers Paqui was great and, although she told me that some areas did not appear on the computer, she looked at my contract and did it for me without any problem. It's not that the client is always right, but I know what I have hired and what I haven't and the sessions I have done other times. For my part, great with the girl, very nice and attentive. The best experience I have had in that clinic and with the brand without a doubt.

When you contract a voucher for waxing sessions, they cannot be there every time you are trying to sell something, let's see, I have not already contracted waxing because to stop insisting on other treatments is that the whole time of the session is selling and that is not possible ... Apart from the fact that when you give them the data also by phone calling and WhatsApp, not to mention that if you add them they look at your status, they have to care about the status that a patient puts... In short, the experience is very unpleasant.
