Hawaii Poke Bowl

Hawaii poke Bowl is a must try, it exceeded my expectations. We loved the atmosphere; it was so welcoming, clean and refreshing, the workers there are so nice and gives the best advice when you can't make the right choice (happened to me* :)) we tried the dragon bowl and the volcano-. We ate it all and felt good about ourselves-. It was healthy, good proportion and the mixture of flavors was amazing. I'm definitely going back! 5☆. Give it a try!

I can’t even lie this was one good meal. I got the rainbow poke bowl. Very light and refreshing but also very filling if you eat it all in one sitting. I added yum yum sauce and ginger. Can’t go wrong. I’m not sure what those crunch things are on top but man they were good and they were warm too…! Mmmhm. Friendly staff, seems like they work hard. Nice bathrooms too. Can’t complain. Would definitely recommend. We’ll it’s just a little pricey but it’s definitely worth it in my opinion.

I usually have a great experience at this location, but this afternoon there was a young immature girl working that had an attitude as soon as I started my order, I ordered a bowl but wanted it modified without the crab meat and substitute for spicy salmon. Now I understand that they charge charge for the upgrade which I don’t have a problem paying for, but she is the only person that ever charges me for upgrading it not even the manager has charged me for the upgrade. She continued to make my bowl with an attitude, she kept taking deep breaths like I was bothering her to do her job, she kept saying girl under her breath (I’m 40 not a little girl). When we got time for me to check out. I had a free bowl for my Stamps being punched and she told me since I got the salmon it made it over $16 so I couldn’t use my free bowl. Mind you all the stamps I had on that card plus a new one came from that same modified bowl. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager that sold the same bowl modified and stamped my card many of times came out and the girl even gave her manager attitude. The problem was not resolved I told the manger thank you for trying but I can’t deal with that kind of attitude where I choose to spend my money. It’s not that I have a problem paying for my modifications. The problem is she is the only one being rude trying to enforce it.

This was my first time eating here, and I was so impressed with the quality, variety, and flavor of the food! Everything tasted so delicious and fresh! The restaurant was not like a usual fast food restaurant, it was aesthetically pleasing, like you’re in a Hawaiian lounge! Also, the the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love this place! You can do a build your own bowl for under $15 and they have free citrus water. Always great customer service and a clean space. They currently have $50 gift cards for $40 right now which’s a great deal!
