Great, caring staff! We unfortunately needed to visit here on Thanksgiving, and everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner were absolutely wonderful, thorough and helpful. Would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to others. Thank you!

Even though 9 people were on the board & I was a walk in, I didn't have to wait long at all. Every one was very patient with me as I am handicapped. Thought I had broken toes, but x-rays confirmed all was ok. Very professional, patient employees & results were speedy. Many thanks to Urgent Care!

Although I have a primary care Dr, I have used Southington urgent care a few times with satisfactory results. This time I was a walk in with flu like symptoms. The wait was short & comfortable. The staff brings a private care feeling, & Dr. Yazhemskiy was very professional, giving me all the time I needed for diagnosis & consultation.

!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! i came to this location back in October because i was sick and having symptoms of pneumonia the receptionists were nice and it was quick and easy to sign in. i was sitting down for maybe 10 minutes before i got called back. they listened to my lungs did vitals everything was all good up until the doctor came in and gave me a breathing treatment. i was then left in the room for 20 minutes before the doctor came back in to check on me. they did an xray doctor came back in told me i dont have pneumonia and gave me some steroids and sent me on my way. i was never told what i had. i thought maybe they would give me a call letting me know what i had but they didn’t. i then called them a month later because it dawned on me “what did i have” turned out i had bronchitis. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO TELL A PATIENT SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!
