I started at Hardbat about 1.5 years ago knowing nothing about CrossFit, and I have never regretted my decision to continue with this amazing community. The coaches are all very welcoming, positive and knowledgeable. You never have to worry about feeling lost during a class, every movement is demonstrated with multiple levels for each class. Hardbat has pushed me out of my comfort zone, gain confidence, get stronger, and overall healthier.

One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to! Hardbat is excellent gym for an experienced crossfitter or someone looking to just add some fitness to their lifestyle. Really amazing coaching staff that prioritizes moving safely and correctly before adding weight, complexity, or volume. I never belonged to a gym before joining Hardbat Athletics last month. I walked into Hardbat not having a clue of what it meant to work out or have a healthy life style. Hardbat has exceeded expectations for me. I truly enjoy coming in for my weekly training sessions with Coach Shawn. I also enjoy coming in for Open Gym and doing the work outs provided. I am seeing incredible improvements with my mobility and strength. I lived a very unhealthy lifestyle and after decades of trying to do it myself I decided I needed help...thank God a good friend told me about Hardbat Athletics. Hardbat isn’t just about workouts. I am being educated on the right way to exercise and stretches so I am not injured. My Coach helps me understand my current body limits and sets a plan on how WE are going to improve those limits and continue to get better. I am learning how to eat the right foods to help with weight loss and feed my body the right way. I even learned about proper footwear to limit injuries. I have met several coaches at Hardbat and they are awesome. The Coaches watch you and will help offer corrections ensuring you are doing the work out safely and effectively. They believe in me and they encourage me and I feel like I really can do it, the right and safe way. I feel very comfortable working out here. I look forward to getting my body to point where I can do more and continue to better myself long term. What truly stands out at Hardbat is the attention to detail. Hardbat is an amazing gym and community! I felt right at home since the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with smiles and my nervousness went away. I love my workouts because they’re doable for me, and I always feel amazing leaving the gym!
