As one of the only shops in town to have actually previously worked on the same car model I also own, they instilled confidence right from the get go. The quality of the repair was excellent and everyone we dealt with at the shop was super helpful. I hope I never have to use them again, haha, but if my car is ever in another accident and needs repairs, I would not hesitate to use Hampden Auto Body again.

My car ultimately ended up being totaled, however, I have nothing but positive things to say about my interaction with Giancarlo, Mike and Brian. They were incredibly kind, honest and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me and give me advice when I asked. I feel confident that they would have done a wonderful job if my car were repairable. I would absolutely recommend them, refer people to them, and use them in the future if it's ever needed. Giancarlo, Brian and Mike - I can't tell you how grateful I am for you making a stressful situation a little easier for me. Thank you so much!!

Customer service was A++++. Excellent communication . My insurance company is terrible. Allstate was not wanting to use new parts and Hamden Auto went to bat for us and at the end our car that should have been totaled was nicer then when we first bought it . Even took the time to have breaks done while it was waiting for parts . I would never go any where else for auto body . They have so many high end cars I have never scene being fixed . The one really nice auto tech went to Ferrari and is certified to fix a Ferrari the factory way so so coke on what more can I say . Don’t crash 💥 if you do this is the place . Absolutely perfection. I recently had the bumper of my Rav4 repaired at Hampden Auto Body, and it was one of the smoothest and most straightforward experiences I've ever had at an auto body shop. Communication was great, team was friendly, and pricing was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. All in all, they did a great job!

My Infiniti was in an accident and I trusted Hampton Auto Body to repair the significant front end damage. They went above and beyond when finding new parts for my car and never cut any corners. The staff was always kind and patient when i would call for updates. Highly recommend.
