Love the hotel. The rooms are clean and neat, the waiters are very attentive. The food is good but not great at least what i got. The pool and the bar so good. The vibe is so relaxing! And u can do a lot of tours near from there. Thats a plus .

What a wonderful place in the middle of the dessert. The hotel is amazing, very unique and original. The rooms surpass my expectations. Definitely a good place for a weekend getaway, anniversaries or any special date. Come to 4 Ciénagas and promote tourism within Mexico!!

My group purchased the day pass I’m not sure if that was why we were treated poorly however our time here was disappointing. Employees kept eyes and tabs on out bills like if we were thieves. They gave me an incorrect menu item and were adamant in charging me for it even after explaining it was incorrect (first time this EVER happens) and I travel frequently on a international level so I was extremely upset. I understand we are still following guidelines and capacity limitations but having one server for an entire pool with people made the service terribly slow and to top it off she had an attitude. Some small issues and some outright wrong these all affect the service provided. However our Airbnb was amazing people should really look into staying in homes that belong to the community the services rendered were exceptional by people of the town. Hotel 1800 you got some work to do.

The hotel is very nice and very clean the air conditioning works perfect taking into account the day average temperature here is over a hundred degrees Fahrenheit. The food is not that good and they have a messy problem between what they can offer you and what is written on the menu, they told me a couple of times they're coming out with new menus but I don't know why is so complicated to print them on a laser printer. The Personnel that work in this hotel try the best to meet all your needs. The pool is fantastic. The TV don't have a single english spoken Channel. The only thing that is really really terrible is that the computer system they have doesn't let you charge to your room either at the bar or at the restaurant so you have to carry cash everywhere you go and receive change is messy. Not to mention another big problem they have which is the internet when I was looking for the hotel here in cuatro cienegas I think this one out because it says it has Wi-Fi, it does not really have a serious Wi-Fi because they have like six different networks working in hot places as far as samples right now I have to be in reception to fill out these info. In the room the Wi-Fi clearly doesn't exist and worry does this beat is very very slow 2.5 MB not enough cuz I don't dream nothing my wife is a Netflix fan and Wake Within see it nowhere not to mention that if I don't have Wi-Fi in the room it is very complicated to watch a movie. If Ever I am to return to this place I will make sure before making the reservation but they have Wi-Fi everywhere with a decent speed at least 5 or 7 megabytes. The bar has a big selections of Liquors and mixed drinks, but everything you are there something you have to take out your wallet Bay and wait for the change you cannot open a tab or charge it to the room. My pockets are full of coins. A good thing they have is Breakfast is delicious.

We had the worst holidays ever. We booked 2 nights at this hotel, and in the first night, one of the hotel staff gave my information to some extortionists who contacted me on WhatsApp and by phone call stating they were calling from the hotel lobby. Long story short, we were victims of extortionists up until 5am of the next morning. I am not ever coming back. Stay away from this hotel. the guys who called me knew my name, hotel I was staying at and the room I was in. That information could have only be given by Hotel staff and no one else.
