You call and it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that they answer you by phone just to make an appointment. I have been calling the women's plant DAILY for 2 weeks and there is no human way for them to pick up the phone. I have tried to register my children through the application to request a pediatric appointment and when I have all the data entered it freezes and the system does not react. Then suddenly all the data is deleted and it starts again. Exactly the same thing happened to me on my mobile. It's all a shame. I still can't make my appointments or for my children and they still can't pick up phones.

They have two ladies standing at the door who don't even know what they are there for, they don't do anything. I asked them to change the appointment and they sent me to the general hospital where they evidently told me that the appointments at the Rosario clinic are handled by the clinic. In psychology they give you 2 online sessions and they give you 3 as if it had been in person, you complain several times and they don't even respond... It seems to me a huge lack of respect to play like this with people's mental health. If you are looking for a good psychologist and honest staff, avoid this clinic.
