I came recommended, and with the same I will recommend avoiding it. If I give two stars it is because the staff is friendly and they were good enough not to charge for the first consultation I had with them. At first everything looked good and they seemed serious. I was also lucky that I was attended by what seemed to me the main partner (or one of them), since her last name gives the agency its name. He asked me for the information and was interested in the procedure I needed to carry out, which was also something unusual. I sent him an email and, after his reply informing me that I had not attached them correctly, I responded with it. Shortly after we had a face-to-face appointment in which I was informed of the steps to follow and a new documentation was requested. I sent said documentation requesting acknowledgment of receipt, due to the previously mentioned experience. There was no answer. Neither to that one, nor to any of the other two emails sent in the following weeks. The third week I decide to go in person to request that they not continue with the process. I understand that there are higher workloads, courses and possible incidents that delay the normal pace, but responding to an email reporting this takes just a minute, and not doing so denotes, in my opinion, a lack of professionalism and interest towards your clients. which I didn't expect. Very disappointed.

I went with my partner to file the tax return, from one day to the next they gave us an appointment and the price was reasonable, recommended for any type of management.

In my case they work in Burgos as representation of another GARSA consultancy. These two companies do not seem to coordinate with each other or know the protocol for joint action in the presentation of deeds in the property registry. What should have started in June has been processed 4 months later due to a mistake by GARSA-HERVÁS (and that each one attributes to the other, who didn't do their job well?). If it were not for the client (who has been claiming it for 6 weeks) they would not have even known that the processing was paralyzed. In my opinion they have not acted with professionalism or diligence. At the moment without the deeds and without seeing my money back.

I went to this agency to carry out some procedures with Social Security and my experience has been terrible since I was not attended to correctly because the problem that a delay in the management would generate was not taken into account and of course I was never informed of the process , obviously because it didn't even start, they didn't take care of my file. I explained to them that I was in a hurry because I had to make decisions that affected third parties and when they didn't call me, I called them and they assured me that they would call me the following week. They didn't call me for anything, not even to inform me and at the end After a month I went to ask for my file that was untouched. I don't even know that they started it and it seems to me to be an absolute lack of professionalism and respect.
