I was recently rear-ended in my pickup about 2 months ago. After taking it to my detail guy I was referred to Gus', and I am so happy I made that decision. After getting off the phone with Gus he was able to take a look same day. I was very comforted by his honesty and understanding of the laws and dealing with insurance claims. He helped to manage expectations right from the get go, something I was very impressed with. He even offered me a ride after I handed over the keys. His staff was always updating me on the progress of my truck the entire time, which I was very happy with. I was even asked to come in twice to see the progress in person. Gus' Body Shop is hands down the BEST body shop in Visalia. It's the only body shop that I would trust to touch my cars. If you have been in an accident, don't waste your time checking with other body shops in Tulare or Kings Counties. Their attention to detail is unmatched. They will make your car look better than it did before the accident. They will work with your insurance company to make sure everything is taken care of correctly. They will contact you twice a week to update you on your cars status and keep you in the loop. When they are done they will wash and vacuum out your car so when you get it back it looks brand new! I can't say enough about how amazing Gus, Mia and Gus Sr. treated me. I felt like family dealing with them. As far as painters go, Art is the man! Everything he painted on my Toyota 4Runner matched precisely! Do yourself and your car a favor, GO TO GUS' BODY SHOP!!
