I have been doing laser surgery with this franchise for years and I have never had such UNPROFESSIONAL and bad treatment as the one I had in this center in Salamanca. The employee, Pilar, after applying the pre-laser cream, literally tore off a good piece of my skin when she used the blade to remove 4 hairs that I had, it slipped on the cream and caused quite a mess, she continued as if nothing and I had to tell him what had happened because it started to sting a lot. AT NO TIME DID THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR WRONG DOING AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DISINFECT MY SKIN, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? At the end I spoke with the person in charge who... OH WOW, THEY DID HAVE SOMETHING TO DISINFECT AND COVER MY WOUND! She told me that she was sorry and that well, these things happen and that it was just a cut with the blade. This happened on October 26, to this day, December 2, I still have a scar because IT WAS NOT JUST A CUT. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK. I don't know what kind of training they give to the girls they hire, but from what you can see none, in addition to not notifying the manager when these things happen, which I had to go and complain about. 0 professionalism.
